Cerebro is in invite-only beta. Request access at proxemicap.com/signup and we review requests within 24–48 hours. Once approved, setup takes a few minutes.

Yes. New accounts start with a 30-day free trial with full access, and no credit card is needed to start.

Yes. Cerebro runs in your phone's browser. You can also text a photo of a receipt to your Cerebro number.

Sí. The whole site and Cerebro switch between English and Spanish, and our team supports clients in both languages.

Only your own account: your transactions, invoices, receipts, documents, deadlines and appointments. It never sees other clients' data, and other clients never see yours.

Yes. AI can misread a receipt or misunderstand a question. Proxy's answers are information, not tax or legal advice. Check important numbers against your records or ask your ProxemiCap professional before acting. Our AI Use Policy explains where a person reviews the work.

No. Our AI providers process data under business terms that state API data isn't used to train their models, and we never sell your data.

There are generous daily and monthly fair-use limits per account so the service stays fast for everyone. If you reach one, Proxy tells you when it resets. Email us if your business needs more.

Data is encrypted in transit, stored with established cloud providers, and locked down so each account can only reach its own records. Sign-in uses a one-time email code, and financial actions are logged. No system is 100% secure, but we take the standard precautions seriously and keep improving them.

No. Bank connections through Plaid are read-only: Cerebro can see balances and transactions but cannot move money. You can disconnect a bank at any time.

Only the professionals assigned to your account, and only to do the work you hired us for.

Go to Settings → Delete Account. We review the request and confirm by email. If we prepared tax returns for you, the law requires us to keep a copy for 3 years; everything else is deleted.

Basic is $29/month, Premium is $75/month (adds a human bookkeeper and monthly reconciliation), and Platinum is $250/month (adds full financial statements, payroll tax estimator, inventory and vehicle deduction tools). Enterprise is custom.

Yes, anytime, from Settings → Billing. You can also pause for 3 months instead of cancelling; your data stays and you're not billed while paused.

Your customers pay through a Stripe pay link and the money goes to your own connected Stripe account. ProxemiCap never holds your funds.

No. Cerebro keeps your books organized and estimates what you may owe. Tax preparation and filing are separate ProxemiCap services done by our professionals. Start with the tax intake form.

Yes. You can download your financial statements as CSV or PDF and share them with anyone you choose.

We're based in Greater Orlando, Florida and serve Florida clients first, but Cerebro works for US small businesses anywhere.
